Introduction Welcome to Skriptos mobile application (the App), owned and operated by Optodish Inc. (Optodish, we, us, our) with a registered office in Quebec, Canada. The following terms and conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of our App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App does not support the creation of user accounts. You can access and utilize the App services without an account.
You can upload photos to the App. You are responsible for the photos you upload and must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so. You agree not to post content that violates any law or regulation or infringes on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. These will be governed by their respective terms and conditions. All purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular in-app purchase or subscription offer.
All content within the App, including but not limited to logos, visual designs, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Optodish Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the content of the App for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Optodish Inc.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate the date the changes were made. You are expected to periodically check this page so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Province of Quebec without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the App shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of Canada or the courts of the Province of Quebec, and we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
